Privacy policy
Last updated 12 September 2026.
This policy covers snackbox.fun and the three tools served from it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped, so it is short.
The short version
The site has no accounts and no server-side database. Everything you type stays in your browser. The only third party that can see anything is Google Analytics, and it does not run unless you press Accept on the cookie banner.
What is stored on your device
The tools use your browser's local storage to remember things between visits. This never leaves your device and is not sent anywhere.
| What | Why | How to remove it |
|---|---|---|
| Your wheel entries, title and display settings | So the wheel is still set up when you come back | The Clear button on the page, or clear site data in your browser |
| Your last ten lottery draws | To show recent results | The Clear button next to the history list |
| Your cookie choice | So the banner does not ask again on every page | Cookie settings in the footer, then choose again |
Analytics
If, and only if, you press Accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4. It records that a page was viewed and which tool actions happened, for example that a wheel was spun or a set of numbers was drawn. It never receives the names, entries or outcomes you type. Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation switched on, so your address is truncated before it is stored.
Google acts as our processor for this and may transfer data outside your country. Their own explanation of what the service collects is published at policies.google.com/privacy. If you press Reject, no analytics script is downloaded at all and no identifier is set.
Advertising
The site currently shows no adverts and has no advertising partners. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any advertising code is added, and the cookie banner will ask separately about it.
Legal basis and your rights
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for analytics is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing takes effect immediately for the pages you load afterwards. Because the site holds no account and no server-side record, there is generally nothing for us to look up, correct or delete on request; everything the site knows about you is in your own browser and you can clear it yourself. Data held by Google Analytics is subject to Google's retention settings.
If you believe your data has been mishandled you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is not aimed at children and asks for no personal details from anyone.
Changes
Any future change will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
